Bess is Tsimshian/Nisga’a, born and raised in Lax Klan. Her Tsimshian Laxsgiik name is Mo’oxs and Nisga’a Ganhada name is Alu Alygax. She received her Bachelors of Business Administration from Thompson Rivers University in 2008.
Since joining the TRICORP team in 2012, Bess has enjoyed working with communities in the Northwest region focusing on training initiatives that meet the needs of local industry-demand. In her spare time, Bess travels, coaches the Kitkatla ladies basketball team, kayaking, hiking and reading.
